RAES AI LLC ("RAES," "we," "us," or "our") operates the RAES platform at raesai.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform, including all AI agent services, advertising tools, and business management features. RAES AI LLC is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

By creating an account or using the RAES platform, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information — Name, email address, and authentication credentials collected via Clerk during sign-up and sign-in.
• Payment Information — Billing details, subscription plan, and payment method data processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Business Data — Company name, industry, goals, and all content generated by AI agents on your behalf (marketing copy, code, documents, ad campaigns, etc.).
• Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, tasks submitted, token consumption, and interaction patterns with AI agents.
• Agent Activity Logs — Records of all AI agent actions including task directives, agent responses, CIO scores, execution times, costs, and performance metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the RAES platform and AI agent services.
• Run AI agents autonomously on your behalf to execute business tasks (marketing, sales, development, finance).
• Process subscription payments, token purchases, and daily ad budget charges via Stripe.
• Send transactional notifications about task completions, ad performance, billing events, and platform updates.
• Calculate and collect the 20% revenue share on business revenue processed through the platform.
• Improve agent intelligence through CIO scoring and Ruflo pattern learning (aggregated, not personally identifiable).

4. Third-Party Services

RAES integrates with the following third-party services, each of which processes data according to their own privacy policies:

• Clerk — User authentication and session management.
• Stripe — Payment processing, subscription billing, connected account management, and daily ad budget charges.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI model provider powering all RAES agents. Task directives and business context are sent to Anthropic for processing.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — Ad campaign creation, targeting, performance tracking, and Facebook Page posting on behalf of your business.
• HeyGen — AI video generation for video ad campaigns.
• Hunter.io — Email address research and verification for sales outreach.
• Supabase — Database hosting and storage for all platform data.
• GitHub — Code repository hosting for businesses using the Dev Agent.

5. Revenue Share and Business Data

When your business generates revenue through the RAES platform, we process transaction data to calculate and collect the 20% revenue share as described in our Terms of Service. This includes payment amounts, transaction IDs, and connected Stripe account identifiers.

All business data generated by AI agents (documents, code, marketing content, ad creatives, financial reports) is stored securely in Supabase and associated with your company account. You retain ownership of all content generated on your behalf.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and business data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account closure or deletion request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records, tax documentation).

Aggregated, anonymized data used for platform intelligence (Ruflo pattern learning, CIO scoring benchmarks) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be traced back to individual users.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and business data stored on the platform.
• Correct inaccurate information in your account or business profile.
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Export your business data in a standard format.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

8. Cookies

RAES uses essential cookies only, managed by Clerk for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. These essential cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of RAES after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
